About Pine Rock Farm and the Monahans

Our Family lives on our farm in Northeastern North Carolina. We raise Tennessee Walking Horses, Spotted Saddle Horses and Boer Goats. We also have a couple of donkeys that watch over the herd. Other residents of the farm are our dog Gabe and the barn cat Blueberry.

I graduated from NC State in 1982 and my wife Carol graduated from Wake Forest University in 1989. We have two children, Josh and Jacey, who both love taking care of, and showing our animals. They both enjoy trail riding, fishing and basketball. Our favorite team is the NC State Wolfpack. Go Pack!

Meet the newest addition here at Pine Rock Farm. She is a Frenchton (French Bulldog x Boston Terrier) and her name is Dixie. Look for Dixie at the horse shows and be sure to say hello!
